When your store had its last big sale, I bought a few things and really wanted a white robot that was shown in your catalog mailer and it cost about $59.95.
I was told by your service people that those robots had not yet been delivered.
A very polite young man and a young woman both assured me they would keep my name and phone number and call to let me know when the toy was in os I could come in and get one. I haven't heard from you and I'm afraid my name and number may have gotten lost.
Please write back or call to tell me if I can come in to pick up the robot that I need for Christmas or when you think I might be able to come in.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us, we still have yet to receive the robots in our inventory, and we are prodding the manufacturer to try to get an estimated time of delivery. We keep a list of all of our customers who have requested to be informed when items are delivered, so we should still have your name down when they do come.
