Refund policy

Ecommerce

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. The Red Balloon does not offer any product warranties; all warranties are offered by manufacturers. See product manuals for specifics.

Please email contact us with your purchase # to request a refund. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

If your item is defective 
  • We will issue credit for the original and return shipping.

If your item is not defective or you changed your mind 

  • We will issue a full refund for the product and tax, but not shipping or insurance. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

All claims related to the fulfillment of your order including but not limited to receiving the wrong item or missing items from your order must be made within 30 days of delivery. Claims are filed by messaging us via chat or emailing us at customers@redballoontoystore.com.


Stores (Brick and Mortar)

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt. Items received as gifts without a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit. All gift returns and exchanges must be new, unopened, unused, have original packaging and accessories.

Restrictions

To ensure that you are being sold new, clean product, all sales on candy and plush (stuffed animals, puppets, etc) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sales on clearance items are also final.
