This is NOT safe! Toddler just slipped on the plastic place mats for third time today, because toddlers put everything on the floor, they ran and slipped on it and went back hitting their head hard! This could be very damaging to a toddler! They seem ok after an hour of screaming and crying out of control, but we will keep an eye on them and hope hard that no major injury. Secondly, the wooden silverware toys are made of plywood, and plywood is made with toxic glues in most cases. So something they **** and get wet could harm them due to that and also the wood will delaminate and fall apart given moisture. The cheap felt food is also highly slippery, since its the exact same stuff the furniture foot slides are made from! This toy set is cheaply made and not safe at all!
